Film is more than entertainment. At its best, it is a lens—through which we examine memory, identity, conflict, and the quiet moments in between. As a university student studying both film and the world around it, I approach cinema not just as a viewer, but as a reader of images, structure, and subtext.

This blog is an ongoing record of that process: watching carefully, thinking critically, and writing honestly. Some entries will focus on form, others on feeling. But all come from a place of deep respect for what film can do—not just on screen, but in how it shapes the way we engage with history, politics, and ourselves.
